I take an integrative approach, drawing on CBT, Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Art Therapy, and Inner Child work to meet you exactly where you are.

My goal is to create a safe, warm, and supportive space, sensitive to everything you are carrying, where you can feel seen, heard, and understood without judgment. I encourage open, honest communication so that you can feel comfortable to tell me when I’m talking absolute nonsense or when something I say truly resonates—because therapy works best as a collaboration.

Together, we explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, using practical tools, creative expression, and reflective insight to gently guide you toward healing, growth, and reconnecting with your authentic self. Every session is tailored to your needs, pacing, and comfort, so that you feel empowered and supported throughout the process.
